CHRISTMAS BUTCHER ACADEMY

We’re delighted to be able to offer you the chance to give the gift of being a butcher for the evening at our Butcher Academy. 

You or your loved one will join our head butcher, Kevin McMillan, on a journey to creating some incredible cuts, joints, links and everything in between. He will guide you, stage by stage through the same processes we use day to day in our shops to get from whole primal cuts, to what you see in our display cases. What each person creates on the night is theirs to take home. 

Each class is limited to 4 guests to ensure you have the best experience and the chance to create what you want with Kevin’s guidance, help and cooking advice. Each class if priced at £195.

£30 deposit is required to secure your space. You will receive an email detailing how to pay in full and details of how to collect your voucher and apron to gift on Christmas day
