Give the gift of meat this Christmas by booking your loved one a place on our Butcher Academy. 

Our Pork Class is a firm favourite among Butcher Academy attendees past. 

You will work through a Middle of Scottish Pork (whole loin and belly), our butcher will help you to prepare your own Porchetta, made using our own recipe blend of herbs and spices. You’ll also have the opportunity to create some of your favourite cuts such as Pork Chops, Belly Pork and so many more.

You will receive a gift voucher, along with an information letter containing everything you need to know about your Butcher Academy evening and our much coveted ‘Butcher Academy’ Apron to present to your special someone on Christmas Day. 

The cost of this class is £180.

A deposit of £30 is required to reserve your place. Details for collection of your Butcher Academy kit and details to pay the remaining balance will be emailed upon reservation.
