A chance to work on a middle of Pork, you will be guided through the removal of the rib bones which can be broken down into baby back and spare ribs. You will then be shown how to create a beautiful, Italian style Porchetta as well as how to cut Pork T-Bones, all yours to take home.
Along with the pork middle, you will recieve a ‘Butcher Academy’ Apron and a 10% discount card which is valid for 4 weeks in store and online.
(This is only a deposit of £30 with the remaining balance of £110 to be paid 7 days prior to the date of the class)
