Our Beef Class, is the most popular and sought after of our Butcher Academy series. 

Our butcher will work with you to prepare your 3 Bone Rib of Beef to take home, however you’d like, roasting joint, steaks or even keep some on the bone as Cote de Beouf or Tomahawk. 

The cost of this class is £195.

A deposit of £30 is required to reserve your place.  

You will receive an email with information on how and when to collect your gift pack along with details to pay the remaining balance of £165.
