Give the gift of meat this Christmas by booking your loved one a place on our Butcher Academy. 

Our Masterclass give you the opportunity to work with various cuts of meats. 

Our butcher will work with you to prepare a Chateaubriand, a section of Pork Middle, you will also work on deboning and stuffing a whole chicken before things get really tricky with some sausage linking, by hand, using traditional methods. 

You will receive a gift voucher, along with an information letter containing everything you need to know about your Butcher Academy evening and our much coveted ‘Butcher Academy’ Apron to present to your special someone on Christmas Day. 

The cost of this class is £195.

A deposit of £30 is required to reserve your place. Details for collection of your Butcher Academy kit and details to pay the remaining balance will be emailed upon reservation.
