Tomahawk – American Grill Spice with Toasted Onions.

Welcome to the Wild West. This classic American blend uses toasted onions, mustard flour, paprika and a hint of garlic. Picture open fires, chuck wagons and lots of grilling. Often ‘toasted’ onions are simply roasted onions flakes. We use only coarse toasted onions balanced with aromatic peppers to give the taste of old school American grilling.

This blend is perfect as a dry rub, marinade (mixed with oil) or a flavouring to sprinkle on before or during cooking.
