PAUL HAS BEEN AT DONALDS SINCE 2017. SINCE JOINING US, HE HAS GAINED HIS SCQF 5 QUALIFICATION IN MEAT AND POULTRY SKILLS AND IS CURRENTLY WORKING TOWARDS ATTAINING SCQF 6 WITH THE SCOTTISH CRAFT BUTCHERS DIPLOMA IN HIS SIGHTS ALSO.

PAUL HAS PROVEN HIMSELF TO BE A GREAT ASSET TO THE SHOP AND IS A REAL ALL ROUNDER WHO CAN COVER EVERY ASPECT OF BUTCHERY WITHIN THE SHOP. PAUL SHOWS A REAL PASSION FOR HIS CRAFT AND IS ALSO A DAB HAND IN THE KITCHEN AS WELL WHICH REFLECTS IN HIS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AT THE BLOCK.
